This session was pure joy from start to finish! Mikaela and Madeline wanted something fun, expressive, and a little bit extra, and their backyard turned out to be the perfect space to bring that vision to life. We set up a simple backdrop, gathered some playful props, and spent the afternoon creating something that felt carefree, creative, and completely them.
Think champagne glasses filled with sparkling cider, bubbles floating through the air, disco balls galore, oversized sunglasses, and the dreamiest flowy, pearl-covered, sheer scarves catching the sunlight. It was giving all the girly pop vibes in the best way!
We laughed a lot, played around with different poses, and really leaned into the freedom of the session. Nothing felt overly structured, which made it easy for their personalities to come through in a natural, fun way.
What I love most about sessions like this is how they create space for people to just be. To feel cute, confident, playful, and fully themselves without overthinking it. And Mikaela and Madeline did exactly that.
This one will always be one of my favorites, a session full of light, energy, and the kind of moments that remind me why I love what I do!
